Our team members have been responsible for immigration on a diverse range of projects of varied scale and complexity, including international concert tours, music festivals, theater productions, corporate events, and TV/video shoots. Jennifer Lai Conkle

Founder & CEO

Jennifer Lai Conkle is the Founder and CEO of CMC Touring. A recognized authority in the field of immigration for artists and athletes, Jennifer has served as a longtime advisor to the management and touring teams of some of the most prominent names in entertainment.

Jennifer founded CMC in 2020 with the realization that a better approach was need to solving the travel permission challenges that the industry faces in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex environment. With a network of relationships around the world, she is able to provide immigration solutions for complex projects with a global scope.

She has been responsible for the international immigration and employment compliance for Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Alicia Keys, Queen & Adam Lambert, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Imagine Dragons, and Jay-Z, among many others.

Formerly an executive at Global Access Entertainment Worldwide, she lead that firm’s International Visas, U.S. Immigration Consulting, and Business Operations divisions with a focus on continuously improving client experience.

Jennifer is a Southern California native and UCLA Bruin. Her interests include photography, golf, hiking, cooking, reading, and traveling with her husband Chris. She has visited over 25 countries and 43 U.S. States.

Ariel Rodriguez Munoz

Founder & Partner

Ariel is a Founding Partner at CMC Touring. A trusted advisor to artists, tour managers, Ariel is known for her expertise in challenging travel schedules particularly DJs, and the particularly complex Asia immigration. Her knowledge stems from over a decade in artist immigration, including Supervising the International Visas Department at Global Access, and many years of as the primary administrator of immigration data for global stadium tours such as Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and many others.  

A sought-after mentor, Ariel has been recognized for “inspiring” leadership. Ariel has helped countless music tours and young professionals at all levels and stages of their careers. 

Ariel received a full academic scholarship to San Diego State University, where she graduated with a degree in Film Studies. An avid music lover, she enjoys going to live shows, and dancing with her ballet folklorico company (you might even see them perform at Disneyland one of these days!).
